The PADI Enriched Air Nitrox Course: What is it Enriched Air?
Enriched Air Nitrox is a mixture of oxygen and nitrogen used as a breathing gas in scuba diving. The name “Enriched Air” signifies that the mixture has a higher percentage of oxygen than normal. For the PADI Enriched Air Nitrox course is special training and certification which prepares you for diving with Enriched air.

The PADI Enriched Air Nitrox course: How does it work?
In a 2 hours session, your instructor will conduct the theory part of Nitrox specialty course. Your instructor will show you the use of the O2 analyzer. Then you will learn how to check the Enriched Air mix before diving, how to set up your diving computer. Your 2 first dives will be with Enriched Air tanks and 1 dive on normal air in the afternoon.
